Hole is a tricky card to understand. It usually represents trauma, where difficult experiences lead us to having blocks or absences in our behavior, consciousness, or emotions. It is the part of our being that can feel empty or come up short.
The best way to overcome the Hole card is to spend time with your inner shadow. Journal and meditate. Become in union with the parts of yourself that you are less proud of. Learn to sit with pain or perhaps even celebrate or honor the more challenging aspects of existence. You may find that the wisdom of the Hole card leads you to feeling whole again. We must become in harmony with both yin and yang, the inward and outward aspects of our being.
